Why you will never have your dream home?

Do you see yourself owning a house worth 20 million ten years from now? If your answer is “I don’t Think So” then you will never have your dream home.

Owning your grandeur dream home is one of our major and long term goals that we want to achieve in our life. A house and lot very spacious enough for your family, a big garage for your cars, backyards for your garden and for your kids to play.

But not many have the real courage and knowledge to make it happen, sometimes we are even afraid to dream too much and instead many ended up settling in a comfortable house. While it is sad to know that many fail to pursue their dreams, it is still best sometimes to become reasonable and to set your standard lower because this is much more achievable.

Working too hard is not always the answer to fulfill your dreams especially when what you are trying to achieve is something very valuable such as a luxury home. But there are many ways you can do it which if you only knew will give you different perspective in life and in work.

I am sure that what you are thinking now to answer this problem and to earn additional income is by having a business. I have nothing against operating or owning your business but unless your business is something big then there is no doubt you can own more than your dream home.

The most often solution for many to achieve their dreams is to work abroad and actually many OFW were able to acquire properties because their incomes quadruple over there. Despite of this remarkable achievement of our beloved OFW, I haven’t seen one of them owning a house worth 20 million.

So what is the secret then to own a grandeur dream house?

There is none actually, achieving a luxury dream home is definitely a long journey and will require a lot of hard work for a typical employee such as me. But I do have some basic understanding and strategies to make my dream into reality. How about you?
